Three things you might not know about Journeys by CAA Niagara

CAA Niagara has been offering group tour departures since 1997 and they have continued to grow in popularity since then. Last year alone 110 day tours, 23 multi-day tours and 6 solo tours operated, moving over 5,500 passengers! Even though CAA Niagara has been planning and hosting tours for almost 25 years, there may be some things you might not know about Journeys by CAA Niagara.

Convenient pickup locations!

Journeys by CAA Niagara covers the entire Niagara Region. We provide passengers across Niagara with the choice of a pickup location convenient for them. Each location offers the option for free daily parking on most tours and provides a safe environment for your vehicle. Passengers can meet the coach in Welland, Thorold or Grimsby, providing travellers choice without too many stopovers.

Tours are available to everyone!

Although Journeys is a division of CAA Niagara, the travel services and group tour departures are not only available to Members, but to the general public as well! That means you’re more than welcome to bring any family or friends along for the trip - even if they aren’t a CAA Member!

However, becoming a member of CAA can provide added value to your travel experience. Certain Journeys itineraries include incentives and exclusive member benefits which differentiates us from other travel suppliers. This includes the opportunity to earn CAA Dollars, discounts on Travel Insurance and Member benefits available through our preferred suppliers. Most of the time these added benefits equal the cost of a membership.

Shuttle service available!

Do you prefer to get picked up from home or don't have a ride to one of our pickup locations? Let us know ahead of time! For an additional cost, we can have a private taxi pick you up. You can even share the taxi with your travelling companions and split the cost. Journeys by CAA Niagara works with local taxi operators to ensure you have a direct route to one of our pickup locations and make it home safe and sound. Ask about adding a shuttle service to your next trip!
