**Notice of CAA Niagara's Annual General Meeting**

In accordance with its constitution and bylaws, the Annual General Meeting of CAA Niagara will be held:

📅 **Friday, November 27, 2026**  
🕕 **6:00 p.m.**  
📍 **Inn on the Twenty, Jordan Station**

The purpose of the meeting is to complete the following business:

- Read and approve the minutes of the  
  Annual General Meeting from November 29, 2024.
- Appoint auditors and authorize directors to fix their remuneration.
- Elect directors.
- Receive, consider, and approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, together with the auditor’s report herein and all transactions.
- Review and approve proposed changes to CAA Niagara bylaws, if required.
- Conduct such other business as may properly  
  come before the meeting.
