At CAA Niagara, we believe that when our community thrives, we all do. That’s why we launched Community Boost in 2019—to support local non-profits by providing funding, awareness, and strategic partnerships that help them grow and create lasting impact. Since its inception, the program has distributed over $120,000 to organizations across Niagara, empowering them to expand their services and reach more people in need.
We’re excited to announce that applications for 2025 Community Boost funding are officially open! If your non-profit is making a difference in Niagara, this is your opportunity to receive valuable support to take your mission further.
Community Boost is more than just funding—it’s about creating meaningful partnerships that foster long-term success. Selected organizations receive financial grant of $10,000, marketing and promotional support, and opportunities to collaborate with other community-minded businesses through CAA Partners for Good.
Through CAA Partners for Good—a program created to strengthen the bond between our Rewards partners and non-profits—we’ve seen how businesses, non-profits, and Members can come together to make real change in Niagara.
Take, for example, our collaboration with COBS Bread and Feed Niagara. What started as a simple idea—giving Members a free loaf of bread in exchange for a donation—quickly became a powerful initiative that helped provide food to families across the region. Or consider the incredible efforts of First Choice Haircutters, where every CAA Member haircut translated into financial support for Wellspring Niagara, directly benefiting individuals facing cancer.
Some of the most exciting moments come when businesses step forward in ways we never expected. Valet Car Wash turned an ordinary summer day into something extraordinary—donating the proceeds from every car washed in a single day to support FACS Foundation Niagara and Toolbox Project Niagara. Kelseys Original Roadhouse took a similar approach, turning Giving Tuesday into a week-long effort to raise funds at both of their St. Catharines locations and provide meals for Niagara’s homeless population.
These are just a few examples of how Community Boost funding, combined with the power of partnerships, has made a difference in our region. By applying for Community Boost, your organization can be part of the next wave of change-makers helping to strengthen our community.
If your non-profit is ready to take its mission to the next level, apply for Community Boost today! Applications for 2025 funding are open now, but don’t wait—the deadline to apply is April 4, 2025.
