What is the CAA Member offer at Shell?
CAA Members receive a 3 cent per litre discount on all fuel grades purchased by a member for personal use.
When will the offer become available?
The offer is available at participating Shell-branded retail stations in Canada starting March 1, 2022.
Is the discount combinable with Air Miles?
Yes, you can receive the CAA Member discount and earn Air Miles.
- Paying at the pump? You will be prompted to insert your CAA Membership card and then your Air Miles card.
- Paying through the Shell Easy Pay Mobile App? Load your CAA Membership number and Air Miles card number into the app.
- Paying in-store? Show your CAA Membership card along with your Air Miles card to receive both offers.
Is the discount combinable with other offers?

Do I need to register to receive the discount?
No, the offer is available to all CAA Members. If you are paying at the pump, you will be prompted to insert your CAA Membership card prior to your payment card. If you are paying in-store, you will be asked to present your CAA card. If you are paying through the Shell EasyPay™ app, you will need to load your CAA Membership number once and you’ll never miss out on savings.
Can I receive the discount on fuel if I pay in-store?
Yes. To receive your discount, you must show your CAA Membership to the Sales Associate prior to payment. Please note, that if you swipe your Membership at the pump and then go in-store to pay, you must still show your CAA Membership to receive the discount.
How do I pay at the pump using Shell App after I’ve loaded my CAA card?
- Open the Shell app while inside your vehicle
- Tap Pay to get started
- Enter your pump number
- Confirm your pay preferred method
- Start fueling!
Is the discount immediate?
Yes, just swipe your CAA Membership card at the pump when prompted or if using Shell EasyPay™ – discount is automatically applied to your purchase.
What if I do not have my CAA Membership card with me?
- Your AMA membership card is required to receive the discount at the pump and in-store.
- Your AMA membership number cannot be manually entered.
- Or load your membership card into Shell EasyPay™ for automatic processing.
Is the discount available at all Shell locations in Canada?
The discount is available at most Shell locations across Canada. For a complete list of the participating Shell locations or to confirm a particular station is participating in the offer, visit: www.shell.ca/stationlocator.
Please note, this offer is not available in Quebec.
