Regular hours for Grimsby, and Niagara Falls:
Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Regular hours for St. Catharines, and Welland:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday (St. Catharines): 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday (Welland): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Roadside Assistance continues to operate
Our roadside assistance team will do everything they can to get your vehicle mobile, however, if a tow is required, we ask Members to find alternative travel arrangements to get themselves to their destination. Members will not be permitted inside CAA vehicles at this time. Our drivers will remain on scene with you until alternative transportation has arrived.
