Please practice social distancing by keeping two metres apart and follow CAA Niagara’s floor signs to ensure a safe environment.

Washrooms will not be available to the public, and merchandise will not be available for sale at this time

Please DO NOT visit if you meet any of the following criteria:
  • You have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days
  • You have been in close contact with a confirmed/probable case of COVID-19

Roadside Assistance continues to operate

24/7 Roadside Assistance will continue to operate. For service, call 1-800-263-3616 or request assistance online.

Our roadside assistance team will do everything they can to get your vehicle mobile, however if a tow is required, we ask Members to find alternative travel arrangements to get themselves to their destination. Members will not be permitted inside CAA vehicles at this time. Our drivers will remain on scene with you until alternative transportation has arrived.

CAA Home & Auto Insurance Relief Benefit

CAA Insurance Company is introducing a $100 Auto Insurance Relief Benefit for all policies in effect before May 1, 2020. This payment marks the second phase of financial relief for Ontario auto insurance policyholders from CAA Insurance.

If you have paid your policy in full, you will receive a $100 cheque in the mail.

If you are on the monthly payment plan, the $100 benefit will be applied to the policy and spread out over your remaining unpaid installments.

No action is required to receive this benefit. For more information, please click through to the FAQ page.

We look forward to seeing everyone again!
