CAA Niagara has been closely following precautions set by all levels of government and health officials as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. The health and safety of our Members, employees, and broader community is a priority, therefore we ask for cooperation in order to halt the spread. The following outlines the measures CAA Niagara is putting in place to keep everyone safe while continuing to offer our Members help when they need us most.
Roadside Assistance continues to operate
Our roadside assistance team will do everything they can to get your vehicle mobile, however if a tow is required, we ask Members to find alternative travel arrangements to get themselves to their destination. Members will not be permitted inside CAA vehicles at this time. Our drivers will remain on scene with you until alternative transportation has arrived.
CAA Niagara Branches are closed to walk-in traffic
CAA Niagara has temporarily closed all branches (Welland, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Grimsby, St. Catharines and Niagara Falls Service Ontario), as of March 17, 2020.
Our employees will continue to assist Members by phone and email during the following hours:
Monday – Wednesday: 9 am – 5 pm
Thursday & Friday: 9 am – 7 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 1 pm

Mobile Tire Service is temporarily closed
As the health and safety of our Members, employees, and broader community is our top priority, we have decided to postpone the launch of our Mobile Tire Change service this season and are therefore cancelling existing appointments. Once this service has reopened, Members with existing appointments will be contacted to reschedule. Stay tuned to our website for more information.
CAA Niagara is implementing these temporary measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe.
