Important: Effective December 26, 2020, CAA Niagara will be temporarily closing all branches (Welland, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Grimsby, St. Catharines and Niagara Falls Service Ontario).

Roadside Assistance continues to operate

24/7 Roadside Assistance will continue to operate. For service, call 1-800-263-3616, download the CAA mobile app for iOS or Android, or request assistance online.

Our roadside assistance team will do everything they can to get your vehicle mobile, however if a tow is required, we ask Members to find alternative travel arrangements to get themselves to their destination. Members will not be permitted inside CAA vehicles at this time. Our drivers will remain on scene with you until alternative transportation has arrived.

Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday & Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

CAA Home & Auto Insurance Relief Benefits

CAA Insurance Company has introduced a $100 Auto Insurance Relief Benefit for all policies in effect before May 1, 2020. This payment marks the second phase of financial relief for Ontario auto insurance policyholders from CAA Insurance.

If you have paid your policy in full, you will receive a $100 cheque in the mail.

If you are on the monthly payment plan, the $100 benefit will be applied to the policy and spread out over your remaining unpaid installments.

CAA Insurance Company is offering an additional $50 Relief Benefit for all Ontario auto insurance policies in effect as of October 28, 2020. This Benefit represents the third phase of relief to all active CAA Insurance auto insurance policy holders. It is designed specifically to reduce auto insurance costs brought about by reduced driving during the pandemic.
